Transparency Reports
Superteam Brazil operates as a public goods organization within the Solana ecosystem. We believe that transparency is not optional — it is foundational. These quarterly reports document our community activities, project milestones, bounty distributions, validator operations, and ecosystem growth in full detail.
Every SOL earned through our validator and every dollar distributed through bounties and grants is accounted for here. We publish these reports so that our members, partners, the Solana Foundation, and the broader community can evaluate our work and hold us accountable.
Our Commitment
Superteam Brazil runs a public goods validator on Solana mainnet. This is central to how we fund ecosystem development in Brazil:
5% commission on staking rewards
10% MEV commission
100% of commission revenue is reinvested into the Brazilian Solana ecosystem — bounties, hackathon support, developer education, open-source development, and community operations
The validator is hosted in Sao Paulo, Brazil, contributing to geographic decentralization of the Solana network while keeping infrastructure close to the community it serves.

Quarterly Reports
How to Read These Reports
Each quarterly report follows a consistent structure:
Overview — A narrative summary of the quarter's direction and achievements
Key Highlights — Detailed coverage of major events, hackathon results, project milestones, and community developments
Bounties and Distributions — Where funds went and why
Metrics — Quantitative data on community size, project progress, and validator performance
Looking Ahead — What is planned for the next quarter
We aim for these reports to be specific enough that anyone can reconstruct what happened during a given quarter without needing to ask us. If something is missing or unclear, open an issue or reach out to the team.
